To support managing expectations and allowing space for therapeutic relationship development, I offer a free 20 minute consultation. This will allow you time to get to know me and to manage expectations in the therapy space.
For an assessment, this will take approximately 1 hour, with a fee of £70 to be paid prior to the assessment. The assessment will focus on what has brought you to therapy, prior life experience and therapy goals.

Empathic listening offers a safe, non-judgmental space for you to express your thoughts and feelings. This is a listening service where you can share your experiences without therapeutic intervention, allowing for deeper self-reflection and insight as you navigate life’s challenges.

This will be an informal 20 minute chat about what therapy would look like and expectations. This is not an assessment and an opportunity for you to take the mystery out of the unknown.
