Initial consultation & assessment

To support managing expectations and allowing space for therapeutic relationship development, I offer a free 20 minute consultation. This will allow you time to get to know me and to manage expectations in the therapy space. 


For an assessment, this will take approximately 1 hour, with a fee of £70 to be paid prior to the assessment. The assessment will focus on what has brought you to therapy, prior life experience and therapy goals.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

 £85 per 50-minute session

CBT is particularly effective for managing the emotional and psychological impacts of long-term health conditions. It provides tools to cope with anxiety, depression, and stress related to chronic illnesses, promoting a better quality of life and enhancing self-management skills.

Mindfulness practices focus on bringing awareness to the present moment. These sessions will guide you through techniques to reduce stress, enhance focus, and cultivate a sense of calm and balance in daily life.

£30 for 30 minutes
Empathic listening offers a safe, non-judgmental space for you to express your thoughts and feelings. This is a listening service where you can share your experiences without therapeutic intervention, allowing for deeper self-reflection and insight as you navigate life’s challenges.

Mindfulness Journey (4 Sessions)


£180 for four 30-minute sessions (saving £20)


Ideal for those seeking regular mindfulness coaching to enhance their mental health support and practice mindfulness techniques for effective stress relief and overall wellbeing.

Empathic Listening Package

Empathic Listening Package (5 Sessions)


£135 for five 30-minute sessions (saving £15)


This package is great for ongoing mental health support, helping you navigate life's everyday stresses through effective mindfulness techniques and stress relief strategies. It's ideal for those seeking therapy or mindfulness coaching to enhance their overall wellbeing.
